Dwarf Sunflower Varieties

What are dwarf sunflowers? Dwarf Sunflowers varieties are just as beautiful as non dwarf sunflowers, but they won’t get as tall. This is needed when planting in pots because you don’t want the plant to get so big that the pot falls over. These sunflowers will also bloom faster, won’t take up as much space, and will give the pot a “fuller” look.

Single Stem vs Branching Sunflower Varieties

Single stem sunflowers grow one flower per seed/plant. These will grow up and straight, better for small spaces such as beside the front door.

Branching sunflowers grow multiple flowers on one plant. These will grow up and outwards, being better for getting more flowers off of one plant.
